Built in 2022, Eagle’s Nest Guest House II was designed specifically for comfortable group stays. Like all Eagle’s Nest Guest House properties, the home is set up so every guest has their own bed—no bunk beds or couches required.
The home comfortably hosts groups of 8–16 guests and features a smart layout that gives everyone space and privacy. With four bedrooms each featuring their own ensuite bathroom, plus a separate Bunkhouse room, it’s perfect for groups who want both shared spaces and private retreats.
Located on 14 private wooded acres just west of Eagle’s Nest Guest House I, the home offers a peaceful Northwoods setting while still being close to the other Eagle’s Nest properties if your group needs multiple houses.
With over 3,000 square feet of living space, the home combines modern furnishings, thoughtful décor, and plenty of entertainment options—making it ideal for golf trips, wedding groups, family visits to the Wisconsin Dells, or weekend getaways with friends.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Eagle’s Nest Guest House – Booking & Cancellation Policy Deposit & Fees • Deposit: 50% of total stay due at booking • Cleaning & Restocking Fee: $300 per stay (includes up to 6 hours cleaning, laundering, and standard restocking) • Local & State Taxes: 13.5% (8% Town of Rome Occupancy + 5.5% Wisconsin) • Extra Guest Fee: $30/night for guests 9–16 Credit Card Processing • 3% processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy • 1 house: Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full refund (minus 3% processing fee). • 2+ houses: Cancel 90+ days before arrival for a full refund (minus 3% processing fee). • Cancellations inside the 30/90-day window: no refund. • We recommend trip insurance for protection against unexpected events. Changes to Guest Count • Decreasing the guest count within 30 days of arrival does not refund extra guest fees. Example: If you booked for 16 guests but reduce to 12 within 2 weeks of arrival, the $120+tax extra guest fees remain non-refundable. Meet Mackenzie Murray – Founder & Operator, Eagle’s Nest Guest House Hi, I’m Mackenzie Murray, Founder and Operator of Eagle’s Nest Guest House, home to four executive guest houses on 14 wooded acres—originally Rome’s only bed & breakfast, established in 2016. My background in interior design and years of experience in hospitality—from house cleaning and pet sitting to executive assistance—have shaped my approach to guest care. For over 11 years, I’ve supported executives in real estate, healthcare, finance, and government, and I bring that same attention to detail and professionalism to every guest experience at Eagle’s Nest. I take great pride in providing personalized, high-quality hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels welcome and well cared for.
